We have no connection to any Tennessee government agency, courthouse, or clerk's office, and we are not equipped to pull, supply, or alter any official documents for visitors. If you need to obtain specific records, you will need to contact the correct government office directly:

  • Court records: Get in touch with the Circuit Court Clerk or Chancery Court Clerk in the county where your case was originally filed. Tennessee has 95 counties, and each one operates its own court clerk's office that stores case files and related documents.
  • Property and deed records: Send your request to the Register of Deeds in the county where the property is located.
  • Birth, death, and marriage certificates: File your request with the Tennessee Department of Health, Office of Vital Records, which maintains the statewide repository for vital event records.
  • Tax records: Contact the county trustee or assessor of property office that covers the jurisdiction you need.
